Trade accounts and order requests

The trade portal is for business customers. Signing in uses ChatGPT authentication; a trade application needs our approval before you can submit an order request. You can review quantities, pack sizes, delivery address and notes before submitting.

Saving a basket, receiving account approval or submitting a request does not by itself confirm a sale. Availability, delivery timing and the final price must be agreed. We confirm acceptance separately in writing. Please correct any errors with us before paying.

Customer shopping is separate from trade accounts. Add available products to your customer basket, review quantities and delivery, then prepare and send the order request by email or WhatsApp. The request is not an instant checkout or payment. We confirm availability, the final payable total and applicable consumer information before accepting the order and arranging a PayPal invoice. No trade account is required.

Prices and delivery

Customer 50g bags are displayed at £2.29 each. Customer 1kg bags are £19.99 each. Customer 250g prices require an enquiry. Crackling is not currently available to order.

UK mainland delivery is £5.99, or free when the customer product subtotal is £25 or more. Trade delivery terms are shown inside the approved trade account. Other destinations require a delivery quote. The basket shows an indicative amount; your invoice must confirm the products, any applicable VAT, delivery charge and full payable total before you pay. Contact us if anything is unclear.

We confirm dispatch arrangements and expected delivery with your order. Tell us promptly about a delivery problem so we can investigate.

First-order customer offer

When the offer is available, request your personal code by email for 10% off products on your first customer order. Delivery is excluded. One use per customer and email address; not valid on trade orders or with another offer. Use the same email at checkout. Eligibility, including previous orders, is confirmed before invoicing. Free-delivery eligibility is based on the product subtotal after discounts. Newsletter sign-up is optional and is not required to request your code.

Payment via PayPal

Payment is via PayPal using a secure invoice link sent by our team for customer orders, or attached to the confirmed order inside the trade portal. The link opens PayPal, where you can review the invoice and available payment methods. We do not collect or store card details on this website. PayPal’s own terms and privacy information apply to its payment service.

Payment is normally required before dispatch. Separately approved trade credit customers may receive 30-day terms; the invoice states the agreed due date. Payment status in this portal is updated manually after we check PayPal, so it may not update immediately after payment. Check the live invoice balance before paying again.

The portal does not currently send automatic approval, order or payment emails. Check your account for updates or contact us. Cancelling an order in the portal does not automatically cancel or refund a PayPal invoice; contact us to arrange this.

Changes, cancellations and product problems

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request. Once an order has been accepted or dispatched, we will confirm what is possible and any agreed costs before proceeding.

If goods arrive damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us with the order reference and details, keeping the packaging and photographs where practical. We will investigate and agree an appropriate remedy. Nothing here removes any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Consumer statutory rights are unaffected; we will confirm the applicable consumer cancellation information before accepting a consumer distance order.

Product information and brand use

Read the current pack label for ingredients, allergens, storage and best-before information. Online product information and packaging concepts may change; ask us to confirm specifications before ordering, especially for allergen requirements.

Website content and brand artwork are protected by intellectual property rights. A trade account does not grant a brand licence. Any use beyond approved stockist materials needs written permission and, where applicable, a separate licence agreement.
