BRAND LICENSING & COLLABORATIONS
Think your product has a bit of PEWERK in it? Let’s talk. We’re interested in considered collaborations that carry the flavour, humour and unmistakable personality of Corner Kitchen Rotherham into something people will want to pick up.
LET’S TALK LICENSING ↗A BRAND WITH A STORY
PEWERK grew out of the language and personality of Corner Kitchen Rotherham. A licensing partnership should keep that character intact: bold branding, quality products and a proper reason to exist.
Food and snack concepts, merchandise, gifting and carefully chosen collaborations are all welcome for discussion. Tell us what you make, who it is for, where you would sell it and what makes your team the right partner.
All categories, channels and territories are subject to availability, existing rights and agreement. Enquiries are reviewed individually.
FROM FIRST IDEA TO AGREED LAUNCH
Send a product outline, company details, target customers, sales channels, territories and an indicative launch plan.
We discuss brand suitability, product standards, rights availability and the commercial model, including any fees, royalties or minimum commitments.
A written licence sets the permitted use, term, territory, channels, approvals, quality controls and reporting requirements before any launch.
LICENSING INFORMATION
PEWERK brand names, logos, artwork and other intellectual property remain with their respective rights holders. RubTerra Ltd licenses and distributes the brand under its existing arrangements. Any further licence depends on the relevant rights and authority being confirmed.
An enquiry, discussion or material on this website does not grant a licence, exclusivity, distribution rights or permission to reproduce brand assets.
Any proposed partnership is subject to a signed agreement. It should define approved products, territory, sales channels, duration, commercial terms, brand guidelines, approval procedures, quality standards, reporting, termination and treatment of remaining stock.
The final agreement will allocate responsibilities for product safety, labelling, marketing claims, insurance and regulatory compliance. Each party should obtain its own legal advice on that agreement. No sales, audience or commercial results are guaranteed.
